Completed Projects

Historic Seattle has preserved over 44 buildings, in capacities ranging from owner/developer to consultant. Our involvement is direct and long term as developer and owner or general partner in the Dearborn House, Egan House, Good Shepherd Center, and our affordable housing projects Belmont Boylston Historic Houses, Victorian Row Apartments, and William B. Phillips Apartments project. We also facilitate development projects through feasibility studies, interim ownership, preservation easements, and technical assistance to other owners and developers.
