About Our Events

If you’re curious about history, passionate about architecture and design, or interested in preservation advocacy, we have an event for you.

Come learn with us!

Historic Seattle’s COVID-19 Policy for In-Person Events:

  • Historic Seattle follows King County COVID Health Guidelines. Our top priority is the health and safety of our staff, partners, and community.
  • Our venues for our programs and events vary, and our COVID policies and procedures are subject to change to align with our host venues, program partners, and community.
  • Proof of vaccination is not currently required for in-person events and programs. Masks are optional, and we kindly ask that you respect those who choose to wear one. If you want a mask, please visit the Historic Seattle check-in table.

Land Acknowledgement

Historic Seattle knows that our properties and programs occupy the unceded traditional Territories of the Coast Salish peoples. This acknowledgment is not a substitute for developing relationships with indigenous communities, or for honoring indigenous stories as we share our collective history, but is the first step in recognizing the people whose land we occupy.

Historic Seattle offers a variety of education, advocacy, and special events that enable you to explore our historic built environment and celebrate the meaningful places we strive to preserve and protect. Our diverse line-up includes talks, tours, workshops, and more.

See the full calendar of upcoming events.

To receive announcements about our events, please join our eNews mailing list and follow us on social media.

Questions? Contact info@historicseattle.org or (206) 622-6952.

Please note that registration for most of our events is limited, and that many fill up well in advance. If you’d like to be added to the waitlist for an event, please send us an email with your name, phone number, and requested number of tickets. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the program is canceled.
