Room Rental Booking
Historic Seattle has modernized the booking & request system for the hourly meeting rooms at the Good Shepherd Center, utilizing an online cloud-based software system that provides much needed automatization and increased functionality. We strived to implement an intuitive, user-friendly system we hope will streamline the booking request, confirmation, and payment process.
These calendars show available dates for each room:
To submit a booking request, first accept the terms & conditions agreement. Upon accepting the agreement, you will be able to access the booking portal.
Rentals must be reserved and scheduled at least 14 days in advance.

Room Rental Hourly Rates
Room #202
Size: 1,000 square feet Capacity: 50 people
Current Rates: $30/hour for weekdays 8 am – 6 pm; $40/hour for evenings Monday – Friday 6-10 pm and Saturday 8 am – 6 pm.
Room #221
Size: 442 square feet Capacity: 25 people
Current Rates: $20/hour for weekdays 8 am – 6 pm; $30/hour for evenings Monday – Friday 6-10 pm, Saturday 8 am – 6 pm
Room #223
Size: 446 square feet Capacity: 25 people
Current Rates: $20/hour for weekdays 8am – 6pm; $30/hour for evenings Monday – Friday 6-10 pm, Saturday 8 am – 6 pm
