Docomomo WEWA and tour sponsor, 360°modern, invite you to join them for a tour of homes in the historic Hilltop Community south of Bellevue, Saturday, September 11th.  This is a rare opportunity to view a collection of wonderful mid-century modern homes nestled in the one of the most notable modern enclaves in the nation.  On view will be five residences built in the 1950s and early 1960s designed by Tucker & Shields, John Morse, Van Horne & Van Horne, and John C. Lindahl.  Three of the homes are still occupied by the original families, and the other two have been long-term owners.  The owners will all be on hand to speak with tour goers. As a special treat, Audrey Van Horne (architect for two of the houses) will be present as well.
Previous Hilltop Community events have been sold out quickly so purchase your tickets NOW through BrownPaperTickets. Tickets are $20 plus $1.99 service charge. Tourgoers will check in at a designated site at the Hilltop between 15-30 minutes before the tour, followed by a brief program by Docomomo WEWA. The self-guided walking tour of five homes follows. Homes will be open from Noon to 4 pm. When you purchase your ticket, you must choose one tour start time, either Noon or 2 pm.

Neither backpacks nor toddlers are allowed on this tour. Exterior photographs only.
