Diana James, author of Shared Walls: Seattle Apartment Buildings 1900-1939, leads a walking tour of Capitol Hill, one the city’s richest apartment building neighborhoods. Diana will explain the historic role of apartments in the early decades of Seattle’s rise as an important west coast city.
